USB Tethering is a mobile application that provides an internet connection to your computer from your phone.   It’s an act of sharing data between two devices. USB tethering is the fast method for tethering, but it brings some problems as well, such as it consumes a lot of power current from your computer’s USB port, and may cause USB Tethering not to work.

UPDATE TETHERING DRIVER:
